Clifton Pinckney is the owner of Built & Bound Property Services LLC, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to every property he touches. Born and raised in the Charleston, SC area, Clifton got his start in the trade as a carpenter and has spent the past two decades building a career rooted in craftsmanship, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Clifton's background spans everything from framing and finish carpentry to large-scale commercial construction. He's led crews on major retail remodel projects for national big-box retailers across the Southeast, and he cut his teeth in one of the most demanding environments in the industry — nuclear facility construction, where precision, safety, and regulatory compliance aren't optional. That experience shaped the standard he holds every job to today.

For Clifton, this business in personal. It’s about bringing the same standards he upheld on multimillion-dollar commercial builds to every property services and maintenance job, no matter the size. When you work with him, you’re getting a Charleston-area native with over two decades of proven skill and a reputation built one project at a time.
